RIS, Installation Tech

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Fischer Group team support with end users.

·         Roadrunner Installation Services for fee.

·         Trade Show & Bistro 1636 equipment set up, tear down and assistance.

·         Loading, unloading and transportation of equipment and supplies.

·         TFG Warehouse cleaning and organization.

·         Build knowledge products and services by attending factory training and team meetings.

·         Support and conduct equipment-related demos and startups; participate in and support on-site equipment and shelving installations.

·         Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and tact to portray the company and the manufacturers we represent in a positive manner.

·         Daily travel within the territory and occasional customer/ factory visits outside of the local region.

·         Compensation includes: hourly wages & annual bonus, expense acct, cell phone, health benefits, and participation in Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401K.

Education & Training:

Mechanical aptitude and basic food safety knowledge.

Skills:

·         Good people skills to deal with customers and an enthusiastic personality.

·         Competent with food safety and a passion for culinary excellence.

·         Self-Motivated, effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills

·         Strong verbal & written communication skills by utilizing the Microsoft Office products & social media.

·         Microsoft Office, SalesForce, CAD experience and ability to navigate the internet.


Account Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Area expert for equipment, supply and tabletop sales in regional foodservice segments: Chains, Restaurants, Healthcare, K-12 Schools, College & Universities, Military & Corrections and Catering & Hospitality.

·         Responsible to drive regional sales, targets and plan to meet manufacturer & The Fischer Group sales goals.

·         Mentor and support the regional Account Managers and Customer Success team.

·         Brand leader for all MVP products with the support of new promotional materials and samples.

·         Lead presentations with new and existing customers.  Present, demonstrate & review potential new products and opportunities from our represented manufacturers.

·         Attend and participate in trade shows and customer sales meetings.

·         Responsible for all regional lead implementation.

·         Update and maintain regional account of customers, opportunities and targets through SalesForce.

·         Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and tact to portray the company and the manufacturers we represent in a positive manner.

·         Daily travel within the territory with occasional customer visits outside of the local region.

·         Compensation includes base salary and annual bonus, car allowance, mobile phone, tablet computer and participation in Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) & 401K .

Education & Training:

 BS/BA in business, sales, food or hospitality with 7-10 years of experience in foodservice. 

Skills:

·         Good people skills to deal with customers and an enthusiastic personality.

·         Competent with food safety and a passion for culinary excellence.

·         Knowledge expert of the foodservice industry and path to market i.e.) distribution/dealer network.

·         Self-Motivated, effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.

·         Able to prospect and upgrade relationships resulting in new business.

·         Strong verbal & written communication skills by utilizing the Microsoft Office products & social media.
