Ingredients
8 medium ears fresh corn shucked and cut kernels off cobb.
2 Serrano fine chopped.
2-quart heavy cream
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs Siracha
4 large eggs
12 large egg yolks

Directions
Spread one side of each of French bread.
Place the butter side down on top of parchment paper.
Spread a thin layer of the fig jam on each of the non-buttered side of the bread.
Place the slices of apple side by side shingle slightly to cover.
On the other slice place three to four slices of the brie cheese to cover.
Close the sandwich and place on your preheated Globe panini grill and close.
Cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
Cool slightly before service.
