Ingredients

  • 8 medium ears fresh corn shucked and cut kernels off cobb. 

  • 2 Serrano fine chopped.  

  • 2-quart heavy cream 

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar 

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 2 tbs Siracha  

  • 4 large eggs 

  • 12 large egg yolks

Directions

  • Spread one side of each of French bread.

  • Place the butter side down on top of parchment paper.

  • Spread a thin layer of the fig jam on each of the non-buttered side of the bread.

  • Place the slices of apple side by side shingle slightly to cover.

  • On the other slice place three to four slices of the brie cheese to cover.

  • Close the sandwich and place on your preheated Globe panini grill and close.

  • Cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.

  • Cool slightly before service.
