Ingredients

  • 2 slices thick sliced French bread 

  • Softened whipped butter 

  • Fig Jam 

  • Granny Smith apple unpeeled core, cut in half lengthwise, sliced thin 

  • Brie cheese slices about 14” thick 

Equipment Used

  • Globe - Bistro Panini Grill

Directions

  • Spread one side of each of French bread.

  • Place the butter side down on top of parchment paper.

  • Spread a thin layer of the fig jam on each of the non-buttered side of the bread.

  • Place the slices of apple side by side shingle slightly to cover.

  • On the other slice place three to four slices of the brie cheese to cover.

  • Close the sandwich and place on your preheated Globe panini grill and close.

  • Cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.

  • Cool slightly before service.
